Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn
- Create and manage ad visuals, copy, targeting, budgets, and reports
- Launch and promote a new podcast, including:
- Publishing episodes
- Light editing
- Repurposing content into short-form videos for YouTube and social media
- Manage daily and weekly content publishing across social platforms
- Support cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly or Smartlead
- Build and maintain Google Sheets for lead tracking, personalization, and reporting
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to support content writing, research, and documentation
- Draft and maintain internal documents, templates, briefs, and SOPs
- Track performance metrics and support data-driven campaign improvements
- Take ownership of new tools and evolving marketing priorities
