Role Overview

We’re hiring a part-time Technical Customer Support Specialist to cover weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday). This role is remote, contractor-based, and focused on front-line support and triage. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers on weekends, solving issues directly when possible and escalating urgent problems to the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide responsive customer support during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate when needed.
- Make small HTML/CSS edits to customer sites for visual or layout fixes.
- Document issues clearly for smooth weekday handoff.
- Use support and collaboration tools to track and communicate progress.

Requirements

- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Professional experience in customer/technical support for SaaS, software, or web products.
- Solid HTML & CSS skills (comfortable making layout and visual changes).
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Reliable weekend availability and responsiveness.
