Sales Development Representative (Brazil Market ) - Top Performer

We’re now expanding into Latin America, and we’re looking for a proven top performer to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Brazil who is fluent in both Portuguese and English. The ideal candidate has experience selling to Brazilian businesses and understands the local communication style and business culture.

About The Role

This is not a typical SDR role. You will own and build the sales pipeline for our Brazil market expansion, primarily through high-volume cold calling. As a founding member of our Latin America go-to-market team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship building with key decision-makers in the eCommerce space.

You won’t be closing sales - our Account Executives will take over for discovery and demo calls - but you’ll be the engine of our growth in the region, with a direct impact on our success.

Your Responsibilities

- Strategically identify and research high-value eCommerce brands in Brazil.
- Engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers through personalized, high-impact outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Execute a high volume of daily cold calls (100-200 dials per day) to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Book a minimum of 5 qualified meetings per week for our Account Executive team.
- Partner with Account Executives to optimize conversion rates and deal velocity.
- Contribute to market strategy and the refinement of our ideal customer profile.
- Track all activities and results in our CRM, providing data-driven insights to the team.

This Role is For You If You

- Are fluent in Portuguese and have native-level English fluency with accent-neutral pronunciation.
- Have a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota (100%+ attainment).
- Have earned President’s Club, top performer recognition, or similar awards.
- Can demonstrate measurable impact on pipeline and revenue growth in previous roles.
- Thrive in a high-performance environment with clear metrics and accountability.
- Communicate with a level of professionalism and polish that resonates with Brazilian C-level executives.
- Are a self-starter who is organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Excel in a high-volume, outbound sales environment and are energized by the challenge of cold calling.

Contract Terms

- Full time freelance contract
- $13-16 USD per hour
- 1 month test period
